Fundraising events at the head office of Portsmouth based mystery shopping and performance improvement company, Douglas Stafford, has raised £200 for two worthy causes.

A selection of cakes, including mini Victoria Sponges and chocolate chip cakes, were made by Video Editor, Emily Alice-Wilson (pictured) and one of Douglas Stafford’s long-serving and loyal mystery shoppers – whose identity will remain anonymous – and sold to team members throughout the day.

The event was organised by Field Scheduling Assistant, Luke Gould (pictured), in memory of the son of another of Douglas Stafford’s mystery shoppers, who sadly died earlier this year.

A ‘Guess the Weight of the Cake’ competition at the company’s Lakeside North Harbour head office and a Dress Down Day swelled the total to £200, which is being split equally between Great Ormond St Hospital Children’s Charity and The Medway Maritime Hospital Intensive Care Unit Equipment Fund.

Douglas Stafford provides bespoke mystery shopping and customer experience programmes, including telephone mystery shopping, electronic mystery shopping and video mystery shopping, to many leading UK companies across a range of industries.
