It’s been a very busy week at the head office of mystery shopping and performance improvement company, Douglas Stafford.

 

Earlier this week, Douglas Stafford Operations Director, Ben Sargeant, was named as the company’s new Managing Director.

 

Ben has been working for Douglas Stafford for 10 years, after joining as a Graduate Trainee from the University of Portsmouth in 2004. You can read more about Ben’s progression here.

Also this week, Douglas Stafford opened its doors to youngsters from the Portsmouth area as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week. It was Portsmouth’s first ever Global Entrepreneurship Week and linked various different company activities and events across Portsmouth into one new and exciting, dynamic programme of engaging events. This week, Douglas Stafford Managing Director Ben Sargeant, Operations Manager Paul Brown and Client Relationship Director, Roger Muggridge attended an advanced management and director training course this week at Portsmouth Business School, as part of continued re-investment by the company. Today (Friday) Douglas Stafford Head of Communications, Jamie White, attended the grand opening of the new Lok’nStore facility in Reading.

 

The new state of the art building is designed to give customers of Lok’nStore – valued clients of Douglas Stafford – more space and flexibility when storing their items, while enhancing the customer experience.
