Project Description

Caterham Cars have been crafting unique, lightweight and fun British sports cars for nearly 60 years. Following the philosophy “Simplify, then add lightness”, instilled by Colin Chapman, the founder of the Lotus Seven, Caterham Cars offer a simple, yet unique customer experience. To ensure that their philosophy is maintained, Caterham Cars are working with renowned Mystery Shopping and Customer Experience improvement company, Douglas Stafford.

A unique product requires a bespoke customer experience programme which the Project Development Team have worked closely with Caterham Cars to provide. Including a combination of Video Mystery Shopping and Telephone Mystery Shopping into the programme enables Caterham Cars to experience a realistic customer journey.
