Suzuki GB has ranked as the best automotive brand in the latest UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI).

The Japanese manufacturer came in first place of 24 automotive manufacturers and in third place in the overall organisational rankings, improving their overall index score to 85.9, compared to 83 in January’s UKCSI.

“Suzuki have been valued clients of ours since 2017 and they take their customer experience very seriously, so it’s always great to see their customer satisfaction being recognised” said Crystal Campbell, CX Account Director of Douglas Stafford.

The biannual UKCSI completed by the Institute of Customer Service asked 45,000 customers to rate their experiences for over 250 different organisations across 13 sectors of the UK economy, including the automotive industry. Customers were asked questions on the service that they received, with customer satisfaction measured in five dimensions: experience, complaint handling, customer ethos, emotional connection, and ethical behaviour.

Nobuo Suyama, the Managing Director of Suzuki GB, said: “We are very proud of our achievement to have again been recognised as the best car brand in the Index. Continuing to evolve the Suzuki customer experience has been a core focus during recent years, and the ongoing efforts have clearly paid off.”
