It has been a busy month for Douglas Stafford and with it comes cause for celebration as we mark Andy Potter’s 10th year with the company.
Andy joined the company on 11th November 2005 in our Video Editing department. After a change in direction, he went on to join the Build Department, who oversee the uploading of client videos and reports, in which he went on to become manager. Andy re-joined the Video Editing department in late 2013 as Supervisor, before accepting the role of Video Editing Manager in April this year.
His progression within the company has been possible thanks to his well-renowned tireless work ethic and high standards, which is a view shared by many of his colleagues – not least by Account Team Manager Kirsten Knight who Andy has worked with on many occasions during his time with Douglas Stafford.
“I’ve worked closely with Andy on a number of projects and he has helped me conduct some mystery shopping visits,” Kirsten said. “He has a great ‘can do’ attitude and is willing to take on any challenge that comes his way and does so in a professional manner. What is more impressive is that despite his all his experience, he is still keen to learn and develop which, coupled with everything else, makes him a pleasure to work with.”
The overriding conclusion is that it has been a very successful 10 years in which Andy has left a lasting positive impression on his colleagues. He is a joy to work with and we now see him leading the department which he was once working in. Thank you Andy for your continuous hard work and we hope for many more happy years to come.
