Douglas Stafford as a brand was created by me, Nigel Cook, in the late 1980’s. When I started the company I had already clocked up over fifteen years experience in the retail automotive industry. My obsession with performance development and attention to detail has made sure that my company has been at the forefront of performance evaluation and training initiatives for the past eighteen years.

Douglas Stafford can create a performance evaluation and development programme for your organisation that will assist your company in making real improvements in both customer service and sales performance.

I have a head office team of over sixty five that includes Account Directors, Programme Managers and project support and quality teams, including a dedicated client helpdesk facility. In addition to this, we have a professional and dedicated national field research and training team that utilise their wealth of experience to provide our clients with valuable performance data and improvement initiatives.
