Toyota Financial Services set sail in the sunshine with Douglas Stafford

Top performers from Toyota Financial Services have been enjoying a corporate sailing day with mystery shopping and performance improvement company, Douglas Stafford, today.

The group set sail from Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth across the Solent on board Lady Diane and headed towards Cowes on the Isle of Wight, where they enjoyed lunch at The Anchor Inn and took in the local surroundings.

After lunch, weather conditions were perfect for sailing and allowed the group to get stuck in, helming the 40ft Beneteau Oceanis 393 yacht and raising and dropping the sails to get fully involved in the experience.

Douglas Stafford Account Manager, Chad Robbins, who accompanied the team, along with a fully qualified skipper, said: “It was a pleasure to have the team from Toyota Financial Services on board. The weather has been fantastic – I don’t think we could have picked a better day for it. There was a good wind on the way back which allowed us to reach more than seven knots in the Solent.”

Douglas Stafford has been working in partnership with Toyota for several years, providing a bespoke mystery shopping and customer experience programme to include Telephone Mystery Shopping, Email Mystery Shopping and Video Mystery Shopping across its UK network.
