Douglas Stafford is throwing open its doors to youngsters from the Portsmouth area today as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week event.

It is Portsmouth’s first ever Global Entrepreneurship Week and links various different company activities and events across Portsmouth into one new and exciting, dynamic programme of engaging events.

Throughout the afternoon, teenagers will be visiting the Douglas Stafford head office for a guided tour and will learn about the company’s range of mystery shopping and customer experience programmes.

There will also be the opportunity for them to learn about the different departments and the key roles they play within the company.

Various events are being held by different organisers across the city at numerous locations, including Portsmouth Guildhall, Express FM and Lakeside North Harbour.

The day is designed to give students who would not ordinarily be exposed to the world of business and enterprise a chance to learn about and explore the vast array of opportunities open to them post full time education.
