An online survey completed by Honda UK customers has helped to raise more than £4,500 for the automotive charity BEN.
Honda UK asked customers of small bikes and scooters to complete an online satisfaction survey after a purchase or dealer service, with 50p being donated for each completed survey.
The result was a fantastic amount of £4,619 being raised for BEN to fund the vital work of the charity which supports everyone who works or has worked in the automotive industry through its extensive advice, guidance and financial support, alongside the high quality direct care given in its dedicated centres.
Mandy Eastwood, Customer Insight Executive at Honda UK, said: “We are all delighted, both with the overall response of our customers to the satisfaction survey and, as a result, the final sum of money we are able to donate. Honda UK is a committed supporter of BEN and the marvellous support they offer everyone involved in our industry.”
Nigel Rothband, Chief Operating Officer at BEN, said: “Once again we are indebted to Honda UK for its support. Demands for our services are at an all-time high and such donations are vital for us to continue our work in the industry. We strive to keep BEN front of mind with everyone involved in the UK automotive industry and this provides another very good example of how well the industry responds to our efforts.”
