Hyundai recognised for its SME After Sales Programme - Douglas Stafford Mystery Shopping

Hyundai’s comprehensive SME After Sales Programme has been recognised as the best on the market for the second year running.

 

Motoring website Business Car Manager awarded Hyundai the ‘Best SME After Sales Programme’ title at their annual awards yesterday (Thursday).

 

Business Car Manager was particularly impressed with Hyundai’s Customer Charter – first introduced in Spring 2014.

 

The Charter focuses on four areas – reducing cost of ownership, ensuring ease of use, delivering a Hyundai experience and complete transparency. To achieve these aims, Hyundai implemented a range of initiatives such as fixed labour rates and discounts on parts, while also ensuring baseline customer service requirements are met.
