It’s been another very busy week for the head office team, mystery shoppers and clients of mystery shopping and performance improvement company, Douglas Stafford.
Today, a Dress Down Day has been taking place at the company’s Lakeside North Harbour Head Office in Portsmouth, in support of The Rowans Hospice – the Douglas Stafford Charity of the Year for 2015.
Also this week, the new location for Vodafone Automotive was officially opened by the Lord Lieutenant of Lancashire following a major refurbishment of the 1000 sqm site.
Centred in Burnley and now the home of both the Secure Operating Centre and customer service operations for the UK, it is the first time these two business services have been combined in one building. You can read more here.
A series of Ford Transit Show Live events are set to take place at Ford Centres around the UK, highlighting the latest technologies and features in the expanded Ford Transit commercial vehicle range.
Transit Show Live, which runs from May 16th-25th, will also launch the specialist Ford Transit Centre network, dedicated to the sales and service of the full Transit range. You can find out more here.
In the week that UK voters headed to the polls, new figures released by the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT), underlined a robust new car market, with registrations up for the 38th consecutive month in April.
Demand rose by 5.1% to 185,778 units – the month’s best performance since 2005. Year-to-date registrations for 2015 are up 6.4% to 920,366. Read more here.
