Despite the unseasonable weather, it has been a bright and busy week for the head office team, clients and mystery shoppers of Douglas Stafford.

Tonight (Friday) Honda’s latest brand campaign, entitled Ignition, is set to launch on Channel 4 during Eight out of Ten Cats Does Countdown.

The 90 second film, which is available on Honda’s YouTube channel, pays homage to space flight and opens on ASIMO. The camera then reveals the new 2015 Honda fleet on a runway which, when viewed from above, mimics the shape of a space shuttle or rocket, before more of the fleet and drivers are revealed.

This week has seen more Video Mystery Shoppers attend a two-day training session at the Douglas Stafford head office at Lakeside North Harbour, Portsmouth. New recruits were put through their paces by the experienced head office mystery shopping trainers, covering all aspects of the role.

Also this week, it was revealed that a classic 992 Ferrari F40 sold for a staggering €1.12 million (£800,000) at auction in Germany.

The car reached the amount at Coys auction at the 43rd AVD Oldtimer Grand Prix in Nurburgring. You can read more about the auction here.

The world’s most famous sailing regatta – Cowes Week – has been in full swing this week.

Boats sail from all over the world for Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes Week, with an estimated 100,000 people expected to visit the Isle of Wight for the event, which first started back in 1826. You can read more about the event here.
