Douglas Stafford is delighted to welcome two new recruits who have joined the company’s continually expanding Account Management Team.

 

Tony Butler-Waite and Kevin Richardson have both joined Douglas Stafford in recent weeks, as Client Relations Managers based at the company’s Lakeside North Harbour head office in Portsmouth.

 

Tony has experience working abroad, and prior to joining Douglas Stafford, he worked for Mercedes-Benz and Hendy Ford where he gained a wealth of experience and knowledge about the automotive industry. Tony’s last role was as Aftersales Business Development Manager for Hendy, supporting the Service Managers and setting up service level agreements with companies.

 

Tony said: “I believe customer service is – and always will be – crucial in business. When I saw Douglas Stafford were recruiting, I was keen to join a company which specialised in that area.

 

“It’s a great company to work for, with dedicated and fantastic staff and I hope to have a long career at the business.”

 

Away from the office, Tony has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys mountain biking, windsurfing and surfing.

 

Kevin spent 15 years in the Hospitality industry, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in customer care and how the customer experience can be improved.

 

For the past eight years, Kevin worked in the FMCG and Capital Equipment and Service markets, also enhancing his sales methods and client satisfaction approaches.

 

Kevin said: “I joined Douglas Stafford because I felt it best suited my experience  gained from having worked in such diverse sectors.

 

“My goal is to have a positive impact in the growth and development of my clients and Douglas Stafford, as well as progressing personally.”

 

Away from the office, Kevin also enjoys being in the outdoors, regularly taking on new challenges.
