Douglas Stafford team members attend Renault UK training day

Team members from Douglas Stafford were invited to an exclusive network training event as guests of valued clients, Renault UK.

The official training day for the All-New Renault Trafic and New Twingo was held at the MIRA Centre in Nuneaton – one of the world’s most advanced automotive testing locations.
The day was attended by Douglas Stafford Client Relationship Director Roger Muggridge and Account Manager, Rohan Tailor, who were able to enhance their Renault product knowledge, before putting the vehicles through their paces around the test track and skid pan.
The event was hosted by motoring journalist, Jason Dawe, and included workshops throughout the day talking about the Renault range, sales methods, product developments and the integration of Formula 1 technology into new Renault vehicles.

Attendees, who included Renault staff members from dealerships across the country, were given the chance fully to explore the All-New Trafic and New Twingo range, inside and out, and learn about all of their features, economic benefits and find out where they rank against their competitors.

“It was great to be invited along to the event to test drive and learn about the exciting new models. We took away a lot of good product information that we plan to integrate into our mystery shopping programme with Renault.
