Douglas Stafford Mystery Shopping Weekly Round Up

It has been a very busy week for the head office team members, clients and mystery shoppers at Douglas Stafford.

New Ford Mustang now available to order in the UK - Douglas Stafford Mystery Shopping

 

Today (Friday) valued clients Hyundai UK visited the Douglas Stafford head office to discuss all things mystery shopping, performance improvement and customer experience.

 

Earlier this week, Ford UK announced that for the first time in automotive history, customers in the UK could become the proud owner of the new Ford Mustang, as order books opened. Equipped with a 314PS 2.3-litre EcoBoost engine or a 418PS 5.0-litre V8 engine, the new Ford Mustang fastback and convertible models are available to order – more than 50 years after the iconic car first went into production. There was delight for Ducati as the motorcycle manufacturer celebrated its fifth consecutive year of sales growth. In 2014, Ducati Motor Holding spa achieved a new sales record by delivering 45,100 bikes to customers – 2% more than in 2013. You can read more here.

Jaguar Land Rover welcomed the announcement by Business Secretary Vince Cable of £11.3 million government funding for an Automotive Council UK skills development initiative.

 

The financing matches £19.1 million automotive industry investment in a series of cross-sector programmes that will inspire the next generation of vehicle makers and create new routes into automotive careers. Read more here.

Paul Andrews, who works in the Video Editing department at Douglas Stafford’s Lakeside North Harbour head office in Portsmouth, is a finalist in the Montegrappa new DC Heroes & Villains Collection art contest.
