It’s been another busy week for team members and clients of mystery shopping and performance improvement company, Douglas Stafford.
Our new team member, Manny Quinn, has been showcasing the specialist skill of Video Mystery Shopping.
Manny joined Account Manager, Chad Robbins at an exclusive conference with clients, Ford Britain, where the trio were able to highlight the art of being a video mystery shopper and the positive impact Video Mystery Shopping can have on a company.
Today (Friday) a Dress Down day was held in support of Douglas Stafford’s 2014 Charity of the Year, The Roberts Centre, at the company’s Lakeside North Harbour head office. All money raised from the day is being added to a running total, before a cheque is handed over to the charity early in the New Year.
Last weekend, Lewis Hamilton opened up a 24-point lead at the top of the Formula 1 World Championship standings after claiming victory in the US Grand Prix.
Hamilton raced to victory around the Austin circuit to claim his 32nd F1 victory, overtaking Nigel Mansell’s total to set a new British record. You can read about Hamilton’s record-breaking achievement here.
Department store, John Lewis, revealed its new Christmas advert for 2014 – Monty’s Christmas.
The film focuses around the friendship between a young boy, Sam, and a penguin, Monty, who he takes everywhere with him. Watch the advert here.
